WHAT IS BUILDING IN THE SPIRIT?

This is the time we take, for a few days every month to fast and pray for our lives, families, marriages, careers, businesses, church, communities and nations, so that we do not suffer distraction. We compare this to standing in the gap and building up spiritual walls around all the afore-mentioned areas. The Bible says, “I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for [the sake of] the land, that I would not destroy it, but I found no one [not even one].” Ezekiel 22v30 AMP. Therefore, as a 21st Century Church, we want to be found by God doing what others were not willing to do. We do this every morning and evening on Zoom, and conclude on the last night in-person with a covenant night we have dubbed IGNYT, where we share the holy communion (the covenant meal) together, remembering our covenant with God through Christ, and enforcing its promises. We believe that this time also brings us closer to God, ignites our prayer lives, and builds us up spiritually and in our faith.
